Adam S. Webb is an attorney with the Firm’s Commercial and Real Estate Transaction Service Group. Adam represents real estate clients, developers, and privately held businesses throughout all aspects of real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial property.

Adam also works with clients in estate and wealth transfer planning, assisting clients in preserving generational wealth and creating charitable giving legacies. 

Adam obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill majoring in Political Science. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. Prior to joining Culp Elliott and Carpenter, Adam clerked on the North Carolina Supreme Court.
