Nicholle Ruzal-Bron is an associate with the Firm’s Corporate group. Her practice focuses primarily on tax planning and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, and complex issues relating to partnership taxation. Nicholle works closely with clients to develop and implement sophisticated planning strategies to minimize taxes, manage risk, and structure closely held businesses.

Nicholle obtained her undergraduate degree in Anthropology: Global Health and the Environment from Washington University in St. Louis. She received her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and her LLM in Taxation from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. While at Emory University School of Law, Nicholle obtained a Certificate in Transactional Law.
