Employee Evaluation Process

Utilizing a structured career model, CEC works with each team member to identify and develop an individualized career path. Through periodic meetings with the supervising partner, in-house training and continuing education, this personalized career path is evaluated, re-evaluated and redefined. Training Program

In addition, the Firm conducts a variety of in-house training and development programs throughout the year. We have monthly Associate Meetings and weekly Lunch and Learns with programs on legal writing, business development or firm-wide initiatives.
