Alexandria (Allie) M. Krusniak is an associate in the firm’s corporate department. Her practice focuses on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, business succession planning, and tax planning. Allie assists family businesses, closely held companies, and entrepreneurs throughout all stages of the business cycle including entity formation and risk management.
Allie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from Arizona State University and her Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law.
