Mark C. Prybylski practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, corporate finance, and general corporate and commercial law. Mark has extensive experience representing both public and privately held companies on a wide array of enterprise-driven legal issues. He has successfully managed, negotiated and completed major acquisitions and divestitures for clients in various industries, including manufacturing, construction, building products, food services, information technology, aerospace, furniture, hosiery and logistics.
He works as a collaborative business partner with a proven track record of delivering results-oriented legal solutions that allow business owners to successfully manage risk and execute their business strategies.
Prior to joining Culp Elliott & Carpenter in 2025, Mark served for over twelve years as General Counsel and Secretary with a leading building products company and previously practiced mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial law as a partner with two national law firms.
As General Counsel, managed, negotiated and successfully completed a series of acquisitions and divestitures of multiple cement and concrete businesses and related operations throughout the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States.
Represented publicly owned South American cement company in a series of mergers and acquisitions throughout Southeastern United States.
Represented public engineered-product company in connection with acquisition of polymer bearing business with operations in Austria, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovak Republic, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Represented information technology company in connection with various acquisitions throughout Western Europe, including, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Represented private hosiery company in connection with joint venture operations in China, Honduras, India, Mexico and Pakistan.
