Harris S. Sinsley is an associate with the Firm’s Corporate group. His practice focuses primarily on tax and corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and tax-efficient strategies to minimize taxes, preserve wealth, and manage risk. He is licensed in North and South Carolina.

Harris completed his undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned a BA in Legal Studies and International Studies. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law and his International Master of Business Administration from the Darla Moore School of Business. While at the Darla Moore School of Business, Harris also obtained a Certificate in Data Analytics.
